This site is about two things: bikes and open publishing.
The content of this site should be an indication of the variety of bikes that exist. Not only is there a variety of bikes coming from factories but custom built and modified bikes also add to the vast amount of types of bikes out there. The first photos uploaded to the site were of bikes without motors but this site does not exclude bikes with motors or "mopeds" or any variation on the theme.
It is the intent of this site to popularize bike riding, not only as a sport but as a serious form of transportion that eventually becomes more appealing than that of automobile transportion.
The physical and mental benefits of riding a bicycle I have no documentation for, other than the countless personal testimonies from those who ride bikes.
